Shipping & Delivery

Currently we ship from our partner warehouse in the greater Los Angeles area. 

Domestic shipping can take up to 5-7 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

We offer free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and International locations will be calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.

Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100 to the lower 48 states. Check your cart as you check out.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for orders to Alaska and Hawaii, or international orders. Shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds

We accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of the original date of purchase.  Items must be returned in a new, unused condition, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please contact us at returns@fifyfiftygear.com and we can set you up with a return authorization.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Payments & Safety

This site is powered by Shopify. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Warranty & Repair

Quality is our top priority.  That's why we guarantee everything we build against any defect in materials or craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of the product (i.e. when your kids are out of the house).  Damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse will be carefully assessed on a case by case basis.

Drop us a line and let us know what's wrong and we'll do our best to determine if your product is repairable and hope get you squared away.

Product

All of our products are designed in Bozeman, Montana and manufactured in Vietnam by some of the best technical pack factories in the world. We visit our factories often to ensure that the quality of Fifty Fifty Gear products meets or exceeds the highest possible standards.

Parenting can be messy.  We recommend using hot water and a mild soap detergent like Dawn to remove dirt and grime from your pack. Rinse the soap out with more hot water and dry the pack out in direct sunlight.  DO NOT USE bleach or other harsh detergents as they will degrade the quality of the materials.
